Robert W.Winstead, D. Min.

Bob Winstead is a contributing author of Contextualizing Theological Education: Integrating Ecclesial and Academic Practices in Teaching and Learning (2008) and co-author of Disciple Bible Study Training (2006). His work focuses on congregational organization and supervision, practices in church administration, and personality type and religious leadership. He is an ordained elder in The United Methodist Church.

Reggie McNeal, MDiv, PhD

Reggie McNeal currently serves as the missional leadership specialist for Leadership Network of Dallas, Texas. His past experience involves over a decade as a denominational executive and leadership development coach. He has been adjunct faculty for multiple seminaries and divinity schools and has served as a consultant to leadership teams for thousands of church leaders across North America. He has contributed to numerous publications and has written several books. His latest book, Missional Renaissance: Changing the Scorecard for the Church, details the three shifts that church leaders must make to engage the missional movement and offers suggestions for a different scorecard to reflect missional ministry.

 

Susan Beaumont, MBA, MDiv

Susan Beaumont has been involved in the development of leaders and organizations for more than twenty-five years. Prior to joining The Alban Institute, Susan served as an area minister in the American Baptist Churches. She also managed her own consulting practice, working with congregations, nonprofit organizations and corporate clients. Susan served on the faculty of two business schools, teaching graduate level courses in leadership, management and organizational behavior. She worked for a number of years as an audit manager and human resource manager in a major corporation. Susan’s consulting work specializes in the unique dynamics of large congregations and the staff team dynamics of middle judicatories.

 

Will Mancini, ThM

Will Mancini is a clarity evangelist who is passionate about every church having stunningly unique vision. As the founder of Auxano, he has navigated hundreds of church teams through growth barriers. From the 200 barrier of a missional church plant to the 5,000 barrier of notable megachurch pastors like Max Lucado, Will thrives on serving the diverse expressions of the church. As a pastor, Will has served two churches that grew past 3,000 in less than ten years, Clear Creek Community Church and Faithbridge UMC in the Houston area. He is the author of Church Unique and Building Leaders. In addition to working with churches across the country, Will consults for church related ministries such as Leadership Network and Upward Unlimited.
