Governance Documents & Annual Report

NACBA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organized as an association of churches and individuals and incorporated in the state of Minnesota. It is governed by a 9 member board elected by its members. The board works under the Carver Policy Governance®  model and meets three times each year. The governing documents of the organization are posted here for your understanding of the organization.
