An interdenominational professional organization, the National Association of Church Business Administration (NACBA) is the source for knowledge, skills and abilities in church administration. NACBA provides the means to create or enhance highly focused and effective ministries, while building life-long relationships that can extend far beyond the opportunities and challenges of today. NACBA serves a range of church personnel including, experienced administrative leaders, new church professionals, large churches executive pastors and one-person administrators. |

| Organizational Structure |
NACBA’s leadership structure consists of a national staff and an elected board of directors. The board is made up of three officers and six board members. Elected directors serve one-year terms and may be elected for up to four consecutive terms.
Under the direction of the national office, NACBA has more than 100 local chapters across the nation with more than 3,000 members creating an unbeatable network of resources. |

| Membership |
NACBA membership is available to individuals who are employed by a Christian church, institution, or organization and serve in an administrative capacity. NACBA offers five different classifications of membership and currently there are more than 50 denominations represented.
