TCN Virtual FASTTRACK - HR

Format is virtual but in a Zoom meeting format to offer conversation and interaction between leader and participant. Whether you are a long time veteran or new to church HR, you are sure to walk away with new insight and affirmation that you are providing you congregation with some of the best administrative support possible. Jeff is senior director of Talent Acquisition with Alorica, a business process outsourcing company based in Irvine, CA. He leads teams of recruiters across the US. He received his BA in journalism from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has over 20 years of recruitment experience in both staffing industry and corporate recruiting including international recruiting. He has led teams for large hiring projects, niche and specialty roles and executive recruitment.
